Time on Location
Extensions can be arranged at the defined rate but cannot be guaranteed on the day. All travel-based shoots are billed at the Extended Day Rate plus any associated travel fees such as mileage, airfare, and hotel accommodations. Twilight and dusk photography is exclusive to the Extended Day Rate.
Post Processing
Proofs are uploaded within a few days. Final selects are usually processed within one week including blemish removal, lighting, exposure merging, and perspective correction. Additional Final Selects beyond quotas are billed at $100/photo.
Rates & Licensing
Additional parties add 50% of the base rate each. Cost sharing requires all parties to agree on the same Final Selects chosen from the proofs. One point person submits the Final Selects to be processed. Independent selections are billed at $100/photo, which typically eliminates any savings.
Payment & Delivery
Photos are watermarked and uploaded to a private gallery. Download PIN(s) sent to each party upon final payment.
