Time on Location
Twilight and dusk photography is exclusive to the Extended Day Rate. Extensions can be arranged at the defined rate but cannot be guaranteed on the day. All travel-based shoots are billed at the Extended Day Rate plus any associated travel fees such as mileage, airfare, and hotel accommodations.
Post Processing
Additional Final Selects beyond quotas are billed at $100/photo. Proofs are uploaded within a few days. Final selects are usually processed within one week including blemish removal, lighting, exposure merging, and perspective correction.
Rates and Licensing
Cost sharing requires all parties to agree on the same Final Selects chosen from the proofs. Additional parties add 50% of the base rate each. One point person submits the Final Selects to be processed. Independent selections are billed at $100/photo, which typically eliminates any savings.
Payment and Delivery
Photos are watermarked and uploaded to a private gallery. Download PINs are sent to each party upon final payment.
