Architectural and Interiors Photography Rates

Time on Location
The above rates outline the time allocated for the photoshoot. Time on location can be increased and charged according to the defined rates, but cannot be guaranteed if changed on the day of the photoshoot. For all travel based photoshoots, the Extended Day Rate applies daily. Estimated travel expenses are provided before booking and finalized on the invoice.

Photoshoots requiring Twilight or Dusk photos are only available with the Extended Day Rate.

Post Processing
Within a few days of the photoshoot, I will upload all unprocessed proofs for you to choose from. Once final selects are chosen, I generally have them processed within one week. Any final selects beyond the included quotas are an additional $100 each for processing. I can make the final selections for you if you have a prepared shot list, or let me know what your budget is for the project and how many final photos you are expecting. Final processing includes blemish removal, lighting adjustments, exposure merging, and perspective correction.

Rates & Licensing

The rates above include licensing and use for your firm or client only. If there are multiple parties involved, for every interested party I add 50% of the rate for licensing and it can be split to create an overall lower cost for each party involved. As an example, if another party is interested in licensing or using the photos for a Standard Day Rate photoshoot at $2000, the total would be $3000 and the split cost would be $1500 a piece. However, for split-cost projects, I have to verify that the set of images will be in line with each parties' expectations.  Below is a calculator for determining the cost per party.

Final Payment & Delivery

Once the photos are processed, they will be watermarked and uploaded to an online gallery. Once the final payment is received I will send the download PIN to each party involved in the project.
