Third-Party Licensing Policy

All media created by David Lalush is licensed solely to the original client for marketing a specific property listing at the time of engagement and for that client’s personal promotion. Any other use including use by architects/designers, vendors, or property managers (rental/leasing), requires (1) a new license purchased from David Lalush by the party seeking use and (2) written permission from the original client or prior licensee. If approved, the new licensee must sign our licensing agreement specifying the permitted usage. Media may not be resold, transferred, or used outside the licensed scope. David Lalush retains all copyrights and portfolio rights.
